This is almost humorous until you think about it and it turns upsetting. I'm not a fan of Rush Limbaugh, but if what he's reporting here is true it's another sign of something seriously wrong with the media.
"The AP is furious at the NRA for having found the memo and using it now. The AP even says, quote, "The NRA's assertion and its obtaining of the memo in the first place underscore the no-holds-barred battle under way as Washington's fight over gun restrictions heats up." Now, isn't this what American journalists used to do before the work began to exclusively represent the Democrat Party?"

Really? The AP is upset that the NRA obtained a Justice Department document? Are they upset that they didn't find it first? Not likely since the document does not well support the gun control rhetoric but does support what many 2nd Amendment advocates have been saying. Here's the 1:41 NRA ad that exposes the document and selections of its contents.

Let's not forget that a recent analysis was done of some of the major media outlets and found that they were supporting gun control vs. gun rights at an 8:1 ratio. (This is a simple study and doesn't include most media outlets, but I think it's a good general indicator of which way the wind is blowing and the media leans.)

Maybe the AP isn't really "furious." Maybe it's just Rush-rhetoric. Who knows in this blood-in-the-water environment.
