James Kaleda Ejected from New Jersey Legislative Hearing

May 17, 2013

This is despicable! You need to watch this 2:40 video to see this citizen, James Kaleda, get ejected from a New Jersey committee hearing on April 30, 2013 while testifying there. Why? Because he was "hollering" at the lawmakers. I've watched it. This is NOT hollering. His voice may have been elevated, which I would consider an indication of his passion, but he was respectful and under control the whole time. Regardless, he was told he was "out of order", his mike was turned off and he was ejected by the state police at the committee chairman's direction.

Watch and judge for yourself. Was he "out of order" or the did legislators not like his message as they were considering limiting his and other citizens' constitutional  2nd Amendment rights. I think a little passion is perfectly "in order" for that, don't you?
