This is interesting. Vanity Fair is conducting an 11-question survey with a question, "How high a priority should stricter gun laws be?" I'm thinking they generated and published their bar graph results at some point, but that they're not dynamically created real-time. I conclude this because the bar graph results are SUBSTANTIALLY different than the results shown once you vote. Voting was still open at the time I posted this. The difference in answers to this question are that 'most important' and 'high priority' were reported on the graph at 10% and 52%, respectively. But when I voted, the updates results show them at 8% and 23% with 'stricter laws not needed' coming in at a huge 60%.
The "Which would make you feel the safest at home?" question also went from "Gun" being 31% to 64%.
Maybe the answer lies in the answer to "Which do you carry for protection?" where "Gun" was 40% of respondents.
It's a quick, interesting survey. The link I've provided goes to question 3. If you want to take the survey, be sure to use their navigation links at the bottom and start at question 1.
I'm sure this is not a scientific survey.
